The History of Kopi Luwak Coffee

Kopi Luwak Coffee is a top quality espresso, prepared by the Asian Palm Civet.
Today it is produced in Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines. In Vietnam it is called “Weasel Coffee” and in the Philippines they telephone call it “Civet Coffee”

The raw coffee beans are consumed by Asian Palm Civets. These’re small animals residing in the woodlands of southeast asia.
